This Privacy Policy is offered by SAFE Action Fund and SAFE Communities Coalition, including our grassroots Families for Vaccines chapters and their related organizations (collectively “SAFE” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to describe the information collection, use, and disclosure practices of our websites (“Sites”) that link to this Privacy Policy as well as for the information that we receive through other channels including by email, postal mail, or in person.

SAFE Services may contain links to other websites or apps offered by third parties. We do not offer any guarantees regarding data collection on any linked websites, social accounts, and apps that are not operated by SAFE.
The Services may also include tools offered by third parties, such as our donations page; and social media tools or “plug-ins” from third parties, such as social networking and video streaming tools. If you are a Colorado resident, you may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf by designating such an agent in writing or through a power of attorney. We will require the agent to provide us with proof that you have authorized the agent to make requests on your behalf prior to accepting requests from the agent.
