This site is owned and operated by SAFE Action Fund, a 501c4 organization, and SAFE Communities Coalition, a political action committee (PAC).

All content published and made available on our Site and partner websites and digital properties is the property of SAFE, our Families for Vaccines chapters, and/or any creators of content we feature. This includes but is not limited to videos, images, text, logos, designs, documents, downloadable files, and anything that contributes to the composition of our Sites. 

Limitation of Liability

SAFE Action Fund and our directors, officers, agents, employees, contractors, interns, subsidiaries, partners, affiliates, and volunteers will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and/or expenses including legal fees arising from the use of our Sites. 

Indemnity

Except where prohibited by applicable law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless SAFE Action Fund and any directors, officers, agents, employees, contractors, interns, subsidiaries, partners, affiliates, and volunteers from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and/or expenses including legal fees arising from the use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
